Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

The Terms and Conditions of sale of products sold on the www.gripoixparis.com website specificy the rights and obligations of the purchaser. Any orders placed on www.gripoixparis.com imply acceptance of the terms ad conditions. The customer states that (s)he has the capacity to enter into this contract.

 

Care guide

 

It is not recommended to wear jewelry when you are sleeping, swimming, or participating in sporting activities. Also avoid contact with perfumes and make-up.
The patina tends to disappear over time. The speed at which this disappears depends on the way in which the jewelry is cared for. Loss of patina is a normal phenomenon resulting from wear and tear.

 

Repairs

 

What should I do if my jewelry is damaged or broken?
In the first instance, we recommend that you contact the shop where you bought the item. If you bought online via our e-shop please email us at workshop@gripoixparis.com or call +33 (0)9 51 58 49 53.
We provide a free repairs service for one year from the date of purchase (till receipt required). This service is free as long as the damage is the result of normal wear and tear and/or because there is a manufacturing fault.
Once this guarantee period has expired our after-sales team offers a paying repairs service where possible. You will be provided with a quote for the anticipated repairs which will need your confirmation prior to any repairs being undertaken by us.

Returns & exchanges

 

How long do I have to return or exchange my item of jewelry?
You are legally entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days starting from the day you received your goods by which time you will need to have informed us your decision. Please notify us of this request by emailing workshop@gripoixparis.com.
The item must not have been worn, have any signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way. Nor must it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging.
In accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, items made to measure (Special Orders) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please specify preferred repayment method (exchange, credit note for use in e-shop or refund).
What is procedure for refunds or credit notes?
- a credit note valid for 6 months on our website www.gripoixparis.com. If you opt for a credit note the whole amount of your purchase plus shipping costs will be refunded to you.
- a refund credited directly to your bank account or PayPal account depending on your original method of payment. The refund amount will amount to the cost of the returned product without penalties except for the cost of shipping and returns which shall be borne by you.
An email will be sent to you confirming that your purchase has been refunded.
